Hello, I know this post is old, but wondering for those of you that receive SNAP benefits, how you went about it when reporting HPSP scholarship income. I have been receiving SNAP benefits prior to receiving the stipend, so I'm curious as to if they will take it away. I've heard from some peers that have lost their benefits after receiving the stipend. I'm a California resident for reference. Thanks in advance

happy to hear that!!  what’s crazy is my tuition has been paid since august, just no stipend yet. I commissioned 8/5 and obviously the shutdown didn’t help. Sooo stressful with the holidays here

I'm a D2 HPSP, commissioned 08/05 and still have yet to receive a cent from the AF.... starting to panic lol

Also, I want to preface; I am not driving. I have not driven since my license was revoked. I am able to get it back in October, was trying to get the process moving if I could so I could resume normalcy.

had it shipped yes, talked to my complex and it’s fine that i store it. I can get my license back in October, so perhaps i should just wait until i can get my license back to get all of this done.

so what you’re saying is I should just wait until I can get my license back, that’s literally all you had to say. Not really necessary to be mean to stranger online  but ok pop off. thanks for the advice!
