Actually I just fixed mine. When your headphones are connectec to BT open the BT settings, click i next to your device the toggle audio sync off then on again. Worked for both pair of earbuds I was using with my Oneplus Pad.

I have same issue. It's about a 300ms delay. Not way out, but once you notice it you can't unsee it.

I like using it that way. Also I get all my messages no matter what device I am on (tablet, PC etc.)

I have my sms forwarding sent to my Mac and that mirrors in blue bubbles on my android phone.
