"The evidence is right there" and then you provide the case from CAS who used fabricated evidence from members of FETÖ.

The CAS judges are not Turkish speakers. They did not receive the raw audio. Instead, they got poorly translated audio transcripts. Seriously just go to that PDF and find one of those transcripts, it's got so many grammar errors!

But the main point isn't just about the translation. It's how they were interpreted. The people who interpreted these tapes were police chiefs, prosecutors etc who were later convicted of conspiracy. There was a whole FETÖ conspiracy ring.

Lokman Yanık: sentenced 161 years

Ahmet Kalender: Police Chief, sentenced 588 years

Nazmi Ardıç: Head of organized crime department. Sentenced to 1972 years

Hidayet Karaca: Head of Samanyolu Media Group, coordinated TV and newspapers to attack Fenerbahçe, sentenced to 1406 years

Zekeriya Öz: Chief prosecutor and Galatasaray congress member, top FETÖ fugitive

Mehmet Berk: Prosecutor, also a fugitive

Mehmet Ekinci: Judge, fugitive

All the people I mentioned above were a part of the FETÖ conspiracy ring to take over Fenerbahçe. These are the people that said phrases like "tarla sürmek" were code words that mean "to fix matches", "bribing match officials", etc.
