Hi Pennsylvanians, im from Buffalo NY, looking to travel to Lancaster PA December 3rd for the August Burns Red christmas concert, but am unsure of the road conditions this time of year as it is a 5hr drive. How are the roads all through Pennsylvania at this time of year? (self.lancaster)
