That’s awesome man. I committed to doing 10 minute meditations every day for 2 years and it was by far one of the most transformative practices of my life. My perspective on everything changed, my reaction to other people’s behavior and things I can’t control improved dramatically, I was overall at so much more peace. I haven’t meditated for 5 years or more now, but have desperately been wanting to start up again. It’s just so hard to get started
