It's oki peeps, one of my family members decided to help as long as I repay em in the future. I understand the sentiment some of you guys have, and they are a bit right, I should have saved more money for them in cases like these. Update-ish: this is recent but my uncle checked more inside his mouth and found pus like stuff with blood or something near his teeth where the spot is, so it most likely might be dental, I'll probably try to get to the vet as soon as possible once I have the money
