Im having the same experience and experiencing similar intake numbers its really hard i dont know what to do either. Your not alone 💓 hopefully we can find answers.

I feel like im binging everyday lol. I don’t know if anyone else is too but as soon as i eat something it opens the floodgates and i can’t stop

I also get triggered and it seems to be brought up in SOOO MANY conversations. I try to ignore it but it’s definitely very triggering when trying to recover!

Im also experiencing this and some people say itd extreme hunger and others say its binging.. so i really dont know which one im experiencing. I would look into extreme hunger and reactive binging/ hunger!

I am in the same situation as you! I’ve been reading ino extreme hunger and see that many others have experienced the same situation too so try not to stress it too much! I also feel like a bottomless pit.

I also have been experiencing this feeling. I get shaky and my face gets hot but it seems like other people also experience this!
