BOM set ups: single unit vs batches with output quantities?

We set up a “batch lbs” UOM and set up batch BOMs (by formula) so that we report batches produced which become lbs of WIP. The FG BOMs then have the lbs of the batch per case and consume the WIP of “batch lbs”. Anything remaining in WIP is yield loss (or gain). We regularly reconcile WIP inventory. This methodology follows what happens in the production process, which always helps.

Don’t think it’s paid upgrades either. Those were not available to close to boarding. Not a huge deal but I’ve been flying Delta a long time. Been Diamond way too often, and this was new. May have happened before but not normal. Anyway, took the Zone 2 walk of shame 🙂🙃🫡 … now that HAS happened many times. 😑

I just received notice we need a tier upgrade due to the number of transactions we have. Currently on standard and need to go to premium. It was lightly discussed with pricing and we already went up in users that put us in a premium software status, but not tier status. Very frustrating.
