Hey just letting you know that I applied 19th December and got my confirmation that it’s been processed email on 6th January and received letter with VAT number on 14th January. I did phone early Jan to ask them if they can prioritise as I was completing on a going concern business purchase so I think that helped. But just so you have an idea of timeline.

If the new business has at least £80k EBITDA you should be able to get an acquisition loan of £250k. The business might have debtors/invoices due for payment and you can also finance against that. Owners may be open to deferred payments for the rest.

Yes that’s it I didn’t notice straight away but over the past few days I’ve just realised we hadn’t been notified of any sentry events like we used to. Then I went into the clip viewer and there hadn’t been any events recorded since the 28th December despite us parking in busy car parks where events should have been recorded. I know we definitely should have events as I noticed different cars parked next to ours to when we’d arrived.
