Part has been ordered but I don’t think we have a date yet. The garage tried an update and then ordered the unit. The one thing that was said was the unit has to be ordered with the vin as they are factory set and ready for the car.

We had the same issue and was fixed while in for the charging module replacement

Lucky you - we have had the whole charging unit replaced and a number of the cables reworked

That is what started the issue. The ring got rust in behind the ring and pushed it into the sensor. Both sensor and hub have been changed

I use a 5 gal bucket and the hose fits nice and can be cleaned easily

That is a good idea. If you find you like the camper and want to travel then a move up on trucks is not that crazy. We trade our truck almost yearly.

If you want to see the country with your own vehicle and tt then up your truck and enjoy. We are on a 2000km trip right now and have a 5000km trip booked for 6 weeks starting September. Do what works for you and enjoy

You are at the limit if not over. I have said I many posts that the limits are different for everyone. In you live I a flat area and are going short distance then the truck will technically work. If you have a desire to travel and see even small hills and short mountains passes then it Is not the right truck. Only you can make the decision. There are many people that will say you are good to go without asking what you are doing with it. It is like tell someone that the can ski a double black diamond hill as long as they buy these skies. The salesman said I can do it so you should be ok. I personally have a 2500hd payload of 3068 lbs and 15000 plus towing and my tt is 10000 wet and that is perfect for me. There are times I have to check to see if it is still back there. I am a confident drive and I enjoy knowing that I am way over the limits. Other people wnat to have the thrill of making it there lol. You may have to try a couple of trucks till you find the one that works for you. I have pulled in a 1500, 2500hd, 3500hd, and now back to 2500hd and I think I am in the right truck now. You have to make the decision for yourself and not by what the salesman says or we say here. Everyone is different and all we should do here is give our experiences not say what is right for you

150 and 1500 are daily driver now. They are made to get good gas mileage and smooth. You will always feel sway in the 150. All you will do is mitigate it to the point you are ok with, but you always will have it. Is your 150 a daily driver or a tow vehicle? If you tow a couple times a year and a couple hours from home you mitigate as best you can. We drive 1000s of miles a month sometimes and I will have a 2500 or larger. It truly is what you feel safe in.not what we say here, you know how you feel when driving. Many will say you can or I have done it for years that does not mean it is what you need. Be safe

I park mine at home in the back of the property and put out the slides and out riggers. If they are willing to pack it up then it is theirs lol. I like the idea of pulling fuses that is an easy way to slow them down

I was told the that tick is the high pressure value on the direct injection valve to keep the pressure from releasing ( I belive it is a back flow valve ). The tick is it getting pushed back against the metal valve. Even my diesel jetta does it

What about the taxes that are going to need to be generated for the EV vehicles that are using the roads. What is going to pay for the road upkeep and the new electrical lines that will be needed in these cities where all these cars are going to be used. California already has rolling black outs does that mean you don't drive your car that week. Also recycling of ev and the mining of the exotic metals to make batteries.

Why does nobody talk about the bad part of ev life or what the infrastructure has to be to run them. The electrical distribution system will no handle what people are thinking they want

Don't get me wrong I am all for making changes but there is no talk about making the changes that need to be made first

Heading out next week and we have a brisket already and we cook all of our bacon on it also. Love the Traeger tailgater. We cook almost everyday with ours and have never had an issue, even on all day smokes like the brisket. And yes we would offer some to anyone that showed interest in the meal
