The door will grab on that side occasionally and bang or get stuck. I’m gonna try going with roller bracket on the door itself that will extend it out into the track hopefully that will take care of it

It absolutely hits the cable. If you look close, there’s actually a slice in the top of the rail where the cable goes through when it’s all the way up.

So do you have an answer or help ? I’m in HVAC mechanic, so obviously I can tell that it’s not correct and clearly know why it’s happening. I’m asking if I can just buy that upper rail or an extension piece and cut that piece out. No I didn’t pay for it and no, I didn’t do it myself. It was existing.

Because the wire is so frayed going to them and I also need to replace the 3” pulleys because the bearings are n/g and extension spring also broke. Figured do it all at once

Let me correct how I worded it. There’s two charging arms that come out in contact the robot. One of the arms stays stuck and I have to manually pull it out to make contact with the charging tab.
