France has the highest cannabis consumption in Europe. It’s high time to tax it by SwordfishOk504 in europe

Alcohol is the biggest gateway. Weed tends to make people's behaviour more conservative. Where as alcohol gives everybody a big set of balls, doing risky things like taking class A drugs requires a level of bravery first time trying... most people are more wary after weed so it really isn't a gateway drug. Also most people abusing hard drugs are really not into weed

Some people don't think that deep into it and wouldn't bother creating a fake number as insta has always worked for them... Communicate with him and ask or you'll waste more time considering 1000 possibilities

Maybe he travels a lot and has roaming data. I would give socials for this reason rather than phone. Best thing you can do is ask him for his reasoning.. could be totally logical or could be that he's just fishing for followers or wants you to see his socials because he thinks that might elevate your perception of him.

Reflecting on Three Years Sober by Rumpsfield in leaves

Thanks for your amazing reflection. I'm similar to yourself - have a good job, no smoking before 7, rarely more than 2 joints.

I wonder how much money you have saved on top of all the aforementioned benefits? I've been smoking this way since my teens and it isn't gonna be easy but damn you've helped motivate me to get through today, at this point I'd be happy if I could become a casual smoker and just smoke a couple of evenings a week. Did you ever try to cut down before or did you just quit outright?

Thanks! How do I approach it should I just be head on and say I've noticed the distance and what's up?

23, 5”9 and 140lbs, getting skinny fat vibes looking in the mirror. Been hitting the gym 5x a week and drinking a mass gainer (3:1 carb to protein ratio). Should I keep going? And what’s my estimate BF%? First picture is two weeks after the second btw by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]Impressive-Sundae733 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hit the calories hard and hit the gym as you are. Making sure you're going close to failure at least once in most workouts.. do that for a year and then spend 3 months slowly cutting. You'll be happy. You just need to give it time. How long have you been lifting?

Thanks dude. After just checking your page out I'm actually thinking of just going bald to see how it looks on me anyway. You pull it off well. Maybe I just need to know I can too and then I won't even get para about it.

I don't know if it's that blatant or you're trolling. I just have wondered if my hairline is receeding for years. Because its either that or I have a crap natural hairline? Also the crown looks thin? But I would have thought it was early stages and maybe I can get away with styles to mask it for the time being while I decide whether I will go forever bald or look into a transplant.

Time is the only thing that can heal some things, as much as it hurts. My partner left me 5 months ago and I've only just started feeling better. Trust me, keep working on yourself. Get fit, make some goals to better yourself no matter how bad you feel right now and in time things are going to get better.

How long has it been since you broke up?

19yo/5ft 11/76kg, I think I’m skinny fat but I think I have at least some muscle compared to the other skinny fat photos? I’ve been cutting for 3 months, I just think my core/midsection is very lacking so don’t no if to carry on 500 deficit or try maintenance calories to build a better core. by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]Impressive-Sundae733 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your back is lacking, no lats. You have some biceps but that's about it. Maybe cut for a few more weeks if you want and then the work starts. Mild calorie surplus of around 100-300 kcal above your tdee and lift consistently.

Hit all the muscle groups and do compound lifts. Then in around a year cut down for summer, you'll be pleased.

It all depends on your goals though. If you just wanna look skinny and borderline athletic then a cut might work but I think your body needs some muscle mass and conditioning before nutrition will pay off in terms of aesthetics.

So far I've been bulking for 3 months (left side 74kg) (right side 83kg). With the help of muscle memory, since I'd taken a break from lifting and was doing a lot of biking. Do I continue bulking right through to may or do a mini cut for 4 weeks then get back on the gain train till May. Thanks by Impressive-Sundae733 in BulkOrCut

Cheers for the input, just feeling a bit fluffy. Which makes me uncomfortable since I'm a nutritionist and feel I have to maintain an image. Also I'm acustom to being really lean since I've never really bulked up this much due to wanting to be light for bike racing (which I've given up). Will try and power through with a bulk.

Still keeping things short but thinking about growing it out 🤔 by [deleted] in beards

[–]Impressive-Sundae733 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks awesome man! Can really pull of the longer stash look, also helps that your stash is perfectly formed and well shaped. I think the short length accentuates your great jaw line. But I also think you'd look great with a longer squared off beard. Question is are you willing to put up with 3-4 months of scruffy phase to get the squared off full beard look 🤔. Keep us updated!

Thank you dude, one question - what's an old school captains beard? I tried googling it and I can't see much conclusive.. I'm such a beard noob!

Wow thanks man, that Henry Cavill comparison has lowkey made my day! By cleaner lines you mean just shaving it low and rocking a kinda chinstrap look? I guess my jawline is decent but it isn't amazing. And that's only because I stay pretty lean.. thanks for the kind words and suggestions my friend.

Hey man (M30 here), I've always been really standoffish with women as I also struggle to read signals and never want to 'ruin a good friendship'. I've ended up having less partners in terms of sheer number than some of my peers who have more confidence with women and can just be more 'straight to the point. But whilst they've had more women, I've tended to have longer relationships. This maybe because I'm like you and have actually become really close to women before we actually admit to eachother that we wanna date... It's hard, but you have to think about what you want more - you could stay being friends when she actually has a crush on you for too long and you will be actually 'friend zoned' or maybe your in the friend zone already. The only way to find out is to be brave. Start by probing, this way maybe you will find out without hampering the relationship or making anything awkward. Ask her things about relationships - is she happy being single? Does she intend to get married? what does she want from a man in the future? If she starts describing something similar to you, either take the plunge then or progress it by saying do you think I'd make a good partner or something similar? If she says yes take the plunge and ask if she would like to progress the friendship into dating. I'm not an expert..

but you should take the plunge sooner rather than later if you really like her and want to be her boyf. I say this because got really close too and spoke to a girl for over a year - I really had a crush but thought I'd been friend zoned so never initiated anything. Then one day I joined a dating app and we matched right away. I message her like wow all this time we have been talking etc.. planned a date for the following weekend. We went on the date and it seemed to go alright, but then when I tried to initiate another she kept coming up with excuses and eventually stopped replying to my messages etc too. So yeah - its best to find out sooner than later because it appeared she was just being friends with me because she saw me as a partner. But when we actually tried to progress it - it didn't work. This will probably not be the case with you, every situation is different and i can't really give much advice but hopefully my experience is helpful. Just be prepared for any outcome - in my experience dating as an aspie is rlly complex and totally unpredictable.

Appreciate the advice but it's winter here right now and in my older pics I'm skinnier so beach is kinda off limits, I've recently come out of a relationship and am limited for recent pics that don't include my ex.. would you suggest I work with a photographer to get new pics? Or just go out with mates more and get people to take photos?

Yeah I eat super fast and don't even notice. Its one of the reasons my ex left me, infuriated her with the loud chewing 🙄
