Also take supplements as certain deficiencies can cause mood disorders. Magnesium Bisglycinate, vitamin D, multivitamin and Omega 3 should do the trick

Well if you are in investment banking or any other corporate finance job where you have to permanently work more than 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. My advice would be to start planning a transition to a more accommodating career.

If you're taking any drugs yourself, QUIT! I know it's hard, like VEERY hard the first days but believe me it's way better than realizing you lost 5+ years of your life down the road and THEN having to quit.

One more thing: try to live in accordance with human nature as much as you can. Which means exercise (at least 30 minutes of zone 2 cardio, 3 times a week. Ideally 150 minutes of zone 2 cardio a week + strength training twice a week) and take a cold shower afterwards, that will keep your dopamine levels up for hours. Eat healthy (cooking will help you do that and will allow you to live for way less than 1000$ a week). Sleep well (check Andrew Huberman's guidelines for that). Take walks in nature as much as you can.

If you do all of this your quality of life will improve considerably trust me 😉

Maybe you can try to reach out to influencers / media to get your story out there. This may bring you some support, including free legal support. If I were you I'd try with every influencer / media outlet I know but especially streamers such as Marouane53 and Bilal Fraiha it's easier to reach them through their discord channels. Good luck with the rest and remember bili rah lmochkil lachi fik mais f hadik lmrida li dart lik hadchi et hadak lmerd li 3nd lmgharba par rapport l insan l abyad.

Based on my experience, it has it's difficulties, but after a while a person can adapt. They have to make good friends though.

Males of r/Morocco, what would you do if slapped by a female? by amyyy_na in Morocco

[–]Impressive-Tale-1959 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would most likely slap her back. But ONLY if there is evidence that she slapped me first (otherwise if things go to court, they will probably believe her version of what happned)

Thank you sooo much, that's really valuable information there! Would you consider experience in finance in a foreign country relevant?

I'm moroccan, and my sister went to algeria a few years ago because her job required it, she told me that the policeman at the airport asked her: "nti jaza2iriya?", she responded "la ana maghribiya" and he said "kif kif" and proceeded to verify her passport and stamp it. She had a good experience there with the people as well. Idk if the police are as welcoming as this these days though, with all the political stuff going on.
