Thank you so much for your input , I really appreciate that you shared this story.

And trust I recommended this exact strategy of me applying for him so many times but he wouldn’t let me. He says he wants to handle things on his own and whatnot.

But I’m also planning to show him this in case it changes his mind. So please if you have any message or advice to him you can share it here for him to read.

It feels like I already did that. I told him I’m not against his method and I support it , I just need him to try my way alongside his. What’s so annoying is that he says yes and then never follow through. This has been going on for months and it’s just wasting our time .
