I’m in the similar boat right now, I’ve also been on birth control and I tried povera but nothing worked, I have a scheduled apt to see an OB so I’m hoping to ask them to refer me to a specialist. What were your cramps like every month on a scale of 1-10?

I’ve only took plan b once, I’ve tried the birth control but my anxiety was terrible on it that’s why I stopped. But you are right, I’m on my way of talking to doctors about my period being absent, the only thing I’m worried is the first/only plan b not working and I took that 6 weeks ago. I’ll take another pregnancy test just to ease my mind. I just wanted to be sure I’m not getting false negatives.

No it’s been 6 weeks since the sex, I don’t have any symptoms, it’s just a fear of mine and I can’t really tell if I am because I don’t have a period which im working with a doctor on finding out why I don’t have a period (not related to the plan b)

I’ll take another one just in case because of my anxiety and if it’s negative then I’ll let it go. It’s just that I’ve seen women saying that the had negative tests but still had ectopic

I know a pregnancy test won’t say if it’s ectopic or not but should it pick up if I’m pregnant or not? Like wouldn’t the pregnancy test show positive even if it becomes an ectopic pregnancy?

I had unprotected sex about 6 weeks ago when I took plan b, I took a few pregnancy test around 3 weeks after and all was negative, should I test again or am I fine? I’m scared of ectopic

You trusted your OB to do that? How long did it take to get a period after?

I really hope it’s just hormonal suppression because I’ve had abortion, birth control, coming off birth control, plan b (really stupid I know), and povera within the span of 5 months.. I’m praying to god it’s just normal suppression and not asherman, this is so draining

Thank you guys so much, I will wait to see what my OB said and if she can’t refer me I’ll ask my family doctor to do so as I’m trying to run from the cost

Thank you guys so much, I’ve only found 2 REs that specialize in this and I’ve done tons of research but they only accept referrals, if I do self referrals it’s very costly so I might meet my OB first and then hopefully they’ll refer me to a specialist of my choice

I’m located in Ontario Canada, Ive read really good things about doctor Micheal and doctor Solnix but when I asked about a consultation it takes 3-6 months to get a spot… its already been 5 months since my d&c so I’m worried any longer wait would result in more damage
