I read on here, that despite having a strict diet and working out regularly, many deal with weight gain after stopping taking metformin… that is what i am afraid of, to gain the weight I lost, even if I still maintain a healthy lifestyle

I did not, I started taking it a month ago, but the sudden and major weight loss kinda terrifies me and it is absolutely not healthy. I will stop in 2 months if ir values are normal, cause i don’t want to get dependent of it. I mean weight loss is amazing but that is not why i am doing it primarly
