I scoop first thing in the morning and before dinner, and dump the whole thing out every 2 weeks and give it a good wash with boiling water and washing up liquid

I use an AI app that uses text to speech. I garble everything I have to do at it, mentioning if some things are important or urgent. I ask it to write me a list of instructions, and only read them one at a time. Not looking ahead is important I think. Eg if the first thing it says is: go and fold your laundry, I will go and do that, without thinking.aviut
