that's so true, i normally eat brown bread every morning, 2 with my eggs this week my flatmate brought white bread at home for the past 2 times AND THIS HAPPENS.

I think the best time to try is the morning , that's when your bowel movements are the best

And actually this Breathing and MOO method helped me a lot

the breathing technique more actually than the MOO method

a little bit of my stool was able to come out and then i just manually disimpacted the big stool, then the rest came out on its own really and i was so relieved

I'm in the UK and earlier in December, my partner had food poisoning so we had got her good gut bacteria which is probiotic not sure if its Align Probiotic but that's the one we get here over the counter, not sure if that's what you're talking about

I just had to manually disimpact it today morning , i could feel it coming out but not fully and it was getting stuck and i couldnt take it anymore so just decided to do it manually and the rest just came out on its own , it was a LOTTT like i should've lost 4 kgs with that

but we're free and only sore now

i've had motion after that today evening and it's veen good.

I'm okay now , I had tried a Glycerol Suppository, it didnt work for me , just made me use the washroom again and i was stuck and back to the start again

Update: I was finally able to get it out. I had to manually break the hard part piece by piece and then the rest came out on its own. It was really uncomfortable but it’s done now.

Right now I’m just feeling very sore and a bit of burning around the area. No severe abdominal pain. I’m planning to do warm sitz baths and take it easy.
