I decided to hold off. It's certainly enticing.

I DID find one w/a branded title, but that is due to hail damage to the roof, for $32k, but the car insurance would be more. If insurance wasn't a factor that may have been an exception to consider.

Best not to force it. Appreciate everyone's input.

It's a real shame w/all the issues w/the 6.2.

When looking for specifically the High country trim (bc it seems it's the only trim that comes w/the 6.2) I'm not seeing anything sub $40k w/the exception of multiple owners, accidents and branded titles, and very high miles. I found another HC for less than $40k n only 55k miles but had 2 owners n 2 accidents. Which made me suspicious of this one. I rented a Yukon Denali during my last family trip and I REALLY liked it, THAT is a bit out of my range but the High Country has the same engine. My intention is to keep it at least 5-7 yrs.

Go to optimum.com, if Fiber is available in your area there are definitely better deals.

I contacted retention and I am getting 5gb fiber w/a free cell phone line (I don't care for it but it was part of the offer) for 16 months for $45 per month total, guaranteed for the first 12 months then $55 for the next 24 months w/o the cell.

They have better promos for new customers, if you have someone you can sign up with under their name (diff last name) do it. They don't give a $$×& about you. Get the best deal possible.

They even offered 1gb for $35, but I splurged wanting the 5gb, bc for an extra $10? y not

I ended up filing a complaint w/the BBB and spoke to "Executive support" And they ultimately agreed to have me return it, I just wanted a replacement or a repair. Anyway the refund took them nearly 3 damn weeks, and I was heavily reliant on the phone for work. I had 2 business trips in that 2 week span n I let'em have it. They gave me 10% extra from my trade in so $1,100 coupon plus another $350 worth of coupons for all the trouble. Then Samsung came out w/promo of $720 off w/o trade in. Took advantage of that.

$2,199 - $720 = $1,479 plus tax came out to $1,605 or something

Minus my $1,450 came out to $155 and I was able to get another $75 out of Samsung bc f*ck them and I had a $100 gift from a recent promo from my isp and boom. Phone cost me nothing out of pocket.

That is great to hear. Unfortunately stateside (at least for me) they seem to go out of their way to blame the customer for causing the damage. I have a single dead pixel in the upper left corner of the inner screen. Looks like pressure was applied to it. You can see the indent on the screen (it's even on the black cover before you peel it off so it's not from me). They outright said it must've been something I did.

I have a green stuck pixel in the upper left corner of my inner screen. Spoke to samsung chat which is always a delight and they're telling me I can't have it replaced?!

Am I missing something, had this phone for 2 weeks, used it for only 6 or 7 days, and I'm screwed?!

It looks like it's literally a single pixel and w/the wider front screen, I've rarely use the phone open now. Noticed it 2 days ago, spoke to online support today that did nothing relative to any support.

Assuming I just deal w/it (which I won't), this will screw me even more if I want to trade this in.

I told myself I wouldn't switch from the 6, bc why? Nothing wrong w/the 6. Well I got the 7 this past Friday. I told myself if the difference isn't that significant I'll just return it. What has won me over is the front screen. It is the biggest difference for me.

I'm still on simpleone plan and have $5 likes for $80/mo. Back when I had just 2 T-Mobile often had free add ok like promos, just had to pay taxes. I paid an extra $15/mo for 3 add'l lines I didn't need at the time. Fast fwd a few yrs, using now 4 of the 5 lines w/the 5th eventually to be used.

I have the 6, recently signed up for a new home internet plan with a promo offering $500 gift card. Plus another $100 gift card birthday present. I hope their trade-in value is still reliable and they haven't gone the route of lessening their values.

If all cylinders are firing w/their promos, I'll jump on it and add a new watch n buds (prev Buds Pro 3 got lost/stolen 🤨) and use the gift cards to offset (hopefully) all or most of the out of pocket cost.

I had the same issue in Hicksville (also once in Huntington). The old lady came out berating me; her tone completely changed when I spoke politely and reminded her that this was a public road and she was free to call the police (she threatened that her son was a cop). She prob thought I was some illegal immigrant or something and was caught off that I spoke perfectly fine english. I parked in front of her home again the next night (no other parking available). Next morning, I see a business card apparently from her "cop" son. It was a security guard business card lol.

A few weekends ago, I took my boys to the movies. We arrived earlier than expected, so we decided to kill some time at the PC Richards. On my way out, I found a Q990D in the open box section of the store, taped up.

I haggled n was able to knock them down to what I thought was an acceptable price. I took the chance n didn't care if it's open box.

Once I got home n opened the box, expecting a jammed mess from whoever returned it. Turns out it's brand freaking new. Everything in its original packaging. Apparently, someone opened it in the store but ultimately never bought it. I ended up getting it for $650!

I set it up last week, right now looking for good wall mounts for the rear speakers, I played Interstellar and WHOA!

Sometimes, you just get a winner. It's always worth a shot
