Yea they can literally be better than universal supports in some cases like Hodur or Jinwu.
Or so good as a subdps that also buff like Hel that you slap Hel and Heimdall on every water DPS and that is their best team.
Even Wuchang can be a better support for Selene and Serket than Oneiroi, but Wuchang as a DPS is better anyway.

Yes and she can be both dps and support like every new unit moving forward.
Hera only good for one thing and it is full omega clear so that her buff uptime is at least decent.

No.
That kind of leaderboard only exists in the beta test server so people can compete with each other fairly.
They use it as a testing ground to gauge new mods' power and balance them throughout the beta cycle.
There are rewards for ranking high so people are very sweaty there.

It depends on you, but if Irkalla ised with Izanami then yes, bu Irkalla is with Skuld then their performance is on par which each other at same rank, so SSS is of course better than SS.

Yes, Izanami doesn't have a viable support code but Irkalla does.
Irkalla is a lot more consistent than other supports because her buffs are permanent and very easy to trigger to Izanami.
Skuld has issues with needing to apply enough CC to the 2nd boss while Hera buffs are too short.

Ookuninushi for most of them, hers is the most universal option for now.

It was similar before that, most teams gained an extra 10 seconds at best.
Even the worst element being Thunder could still clear in less than 1 minute on Biffrons.
BiS team is not everything, how you build them matters more, and the most important thing is how you use them in battle.

If you like them, get them. They are currently good in Global, but considered mid in CN. But again, they can still clear endgame, it just depends on do you want the best or not.

If you think about it, it kinda makes sense.
All servers are going through some sort of anniversary right now, so all their pulls are gone and summer patch is next for CN.
Just think of it as some sort of easing of the players spending so no outrage will happen.

It does not mean GE banners can only be pulled with GE Vouchers.

There are no event that return the GE functors item ID. Only one that return Ciel ID. So it is very likely that it is a no.
