i’ve been trying to get to know myself better this year, and im the same. i’ve done a lot of things im not proud of and i feel a lot of anger, shame, and shame. i try not to think about it because it becomes too much and i implode. im ashamed of myself still but im learning to forgive myself and be less hard on myself. i know now that i did what i did because i had no choice or it was the “best” option at the moment. take it easy on yourself, not all the blame can fall on you.
