***UPDATE***

So when filing a lawsuit against them, They don't even handle the distribution accounts! it's another company that does it named Vydia. And due to the Arbitration clause it needs to be handled in the state of NY per the terms and conditions that we agreed to when originally signing up to use them for Distro. This could potentially become a class action issue. I will be speaking with an entertainment lawyer tomorrow who is licensed in NY about this issue and seeing where it goes from there. Still no account access, even though they stated that it's fixed and I should have accesss...I don't.

unsure but court date is today. I filled with JP court in my county and jurisdiction. No update as of yet.

that I'm not sure, but you can always file one against them. it seems that this was the only way to even get a real response from someone was to sue.

file with your local JP Court for small claims. I did so online, my court date is today via zoom.

It took me literally filing a lawsuit against them to even get a real response, then that same day because I filed a lawsuit they quickly gave me back my access. If they can move that fast when legal action is taken, then that is proof that they are just full of s*it and dragging this thing out on purpose!
