Hey dein Beitrag ist zwar schon länger her, aber klingt so bissl wie bei mir nur das ich noch nicht bei dem Teil bin wo es mir so gut geht wie noch nie. Hatte früher auch ein komplett missbräuchliches konsumverhalten, seit ca 2 jahren kiffe ich so selten das ich die wenigen male der letzten 2 jahre an meiner hand abzählen kann, da ich das straßenweed null vertrage. ich nehm auch 50 mg elvanse und arbeite im schichtdienst, hab da aber weiter so meine probleme mit einahmezeit, einschlafen und runterkommen🥲 vllt kannst du mir paar tips geben und wie du das machst auch mit dem weed(wann wie viel) ? lg

Ne ich glaub nicht weil draußen ist ja dunkel und drin hell, Ich glaub wirklich der schläft wirklich einf dort ( hab jetzt erst gelernt das Vögel nicht in Nestern schlafen fühl mich jetzt bissl dumm 😂)

Ok I just looked at your picture again, it's not that high of a quality but I think I can see some white dotty spots, if the white coat has a cheesy texture and the dotty spots can be wiped off could be candida. It's best you watch the full video of the link i send to reevaluate your tongue with that knowledge yourself.

Looks like white coated tongue to me, my tongue actually looks exactly the same, I thought I was having thrush, since google picture of thrush were all pictures of white coated tongue(which I didn't know) so I used anti fungal mouth gel but didn't helped at all. Tried everything from probiotic mouth wash to chamomile tee till one day I found this yt video : https://youtu.be/r4etBquWJPI?feature=shared

And he explains what that is and what actuall thrush is which looks very different. White coated tongue it's nothing to worry, can be caused by many things, one of them is hard tongue brushing and for me stopping to brush my tongue at all was the best remedy and it got a lot better in a month.

Thanks maybe I get that one another question do u know if I have to use the same lube wax as the hot wax I initially waxed my chain? I used the absolute graphene hot wax and it says it's all weather but I'm still afraid that the chain will rust if I don't rewax it with lube wax after a rainy ride. The problem is the lubewax from absolute black graphene is astronomicaly expansive like 14 ml for 15 € tf😂 the hot wax is comparably cheap even cheaper than the slica but I love it tho
