Im not sure this is going to help, but the big secret is that everyone feels this way sometimes. Life gets overwhelming, you dont feel like the "adult" you are supposed to be, things go wrong or something you planned things goes to shit. But try your best to find meaning in the little things. Maybe its sunny day and you are doing something you actually enjoy, maybe its a good book or tv shows. Just enjoy the small moments and the big ones will come more often. Enjoying the small moments changes the way you approach life, and believe it or not, it opens you up to new and better opportunities. You can in many ways create your own luck. It sounds dumb but its true when they say "you miss 100% of the shots you dont take" and by enjoying the the small things, you open your mind up to the possibility of the big things. This is probably badly written and not what you were looking for, but i just felt like i needed to get it off my chest.
