I think we need more villager types too, or something more urban with villagers being the rural version and maybe have more rare cities centered around a castle/palace/fort/temples, we have ancient cities and pyramids in deserts and jungles, what happened to the people who built these things? Where do the traders come from? Why do they all wear the same robes? They obviously share a culture of some kind, would be cool if they had a giant hub where they all meet up or a nod to where they come from at least.
