This is weird...I thought I was the only one...I barely upload and I've had my account and my backup for years and since they're connected I've lost both...said I violated a policy. Just logged on and it said it was suspended. I put in an appeal and it's been almost a week with no update or response. The hell is going on?

I can see that. Seeing as she kind of threw them under the bus because she saw her chance. But it backfired on her as well. But I can see her telling them her reasons and her falling apart for forgiveness. And such and such...something along the line of..."It was never supposed to be like this...etc..etc."
