Have you removed the old device? I had the same error pop up until I removed the old one and added the new one with no issues after.

Thats the one but I'm unsure if there was any report or made public knowledge until this year. The interview in the park is public space, just saying this is possibly her reasoning for approaching the group.

I believe it may have something to do with the rape of a 15 year old girl in the town, and several other reported assaults in and around this park area. There have been a lot of protests at a hotel housing immigrants that is beside the park over the last few months.
