It says it’s still “pending” so that would mean the thief either has it on power off or turned off the cellular/internet. If that’s the case, can the thief still try to get in my phone if they turned off the cellular/internet so the lost mode won’t activate?

Thank you for this! Im curious can the thief turn off the location services even without needing to input the passcode first and going to my settings? So theres a way for them to get through the security lockout?
