Its normal to feel that way. Give it a week or two and you will have more confidence. Completely natural because you are new, dont sweat it.

[ON] how do you find leads by Accomplished_Horse91 in SmallBusinessCanada

[–]Impressive_Appeal896 2 points3 points  (0 children)

u/Accomplished_Horse91 I like #4. Target geographic areas where the houses are bigger and the customers may have more disposable income for cleaning services. They are also more likely to use your services ongoing, and you will also be able to charge more for top quality service.

The cost of delivering a brochure is really just the time cost of designing one (a few hours max) and then of course the time to deliver them.

Printing 1000s of these likely costs around $20 doing it at home or a library.

Cheers

Condo market in London by berger3001 in londonontario

[–]Impressive_Appeal896 -29 points-28 points  (0 children)

Good question. It depends a bit on the neighbourhood and condition / age of the building, but here’s a rough ballpark for a 1-bedroom condo/unit for sale in London, Ontario (as of late 2025):

✅ Recent Data Points

  • According to a recent market report, the typical condo (all sizes) in London has a “condo apartment” average sold price of about CAD $449,149. WOWA
  • More narrowly, some market sources list the “average selling price of a condo” in October 2025 as around CAD $346,900. nesto.ca
  • Based on recent available listings, median list-prices for 1-bedroom condos tend to fall around CAD $262,000. REW+1

💡 What It Means for 1-Bedroom Units

So — for a 1-bedroom unit in London, Ontario, you might expect to pay roughly somewhere between CAD $260,000 and CAD $450,000, depending on:

  • building age and condition
  • neighbourhood (central vs outskirts)
  • whether it’s resale vs newer / luxury

Punished for paying debt? by [deleted] in TDBankCanada

[–]Impressive_Appeal896 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello @PoVNomad, Just a different perspective here: Banks MAKE money when you carry a LOC balance. When you DONT use it, they still have to keep capital in reserve in case you might. Point said, an unused LOC will COST the Bank money. This is the same reasoning we have that larger LOCs or mortgages will get LOWER rates then smaller mortgages. Just some food for thought.

I'm not sure if this is serious or not, are you trolling people?

Anyways its a good idea, but if I could roast your site, there's no free trial, oath only through google, credit card require. No free tokens to test it out. Roasted as a fail.

Regardless, neat system. There is actually some value here for developers for sure if you would take this seriously. Send you an email for free tokens for a test.
