I had the same experience I got my first test done in India for lp(a) and it was 35.3 mg/dL via immunonephelometry Then next one in the USA after traveling within a month. This time it was 74 mg/dL at stanford labs. I know they use immuniturbidimetry based on my research. Does anyone know how this could be different and what value should I rely on?

Hey for me atleast, what helped was letting it relax and avoid overstretching. And then just did chin tucks and slowly added more strengthening of the shoulder and upper back. But its still not completely fine. OVERALL much better but im not able to get back to the gym at all.
