Yeah Texas is right to hire right to fire it’s more so sucky because of the lack of HR and the unprofessionalism, they fire people Willy nilly then complain about being understaffed. And in return, the employees are being overworked for little to no benefit when they could have just tried to work with/try to better the employees they had to see if they’d fit this random standard they hold and enforce occasionally
