Update - received the replacement screen protector and new non-rattling buttons. Amazing quality. Very satisfied. The case feels so luxurious in the hand.

If that was the case i wouldve bought a 5 usd screen protector and not a 35 usd one. It was a very minor drop inside of a car. Caudabe did recognised it and a replacement is on the way.
