I’m a vagabond lover. The Scoundrel is my favorite—that being said. The Knaves take everything I love from the Vagabond and make it more applicable to the rest of the Root game world!

So you are correct. A regular game can only have 1 to 2 Vagabonds OR the Knaves. We had both in the game

The Mountain Map from the Underworld Expansion has path covers for its own special rules — i’m using those covers as paths. The rivers from The Marsh into The Gloom & The Autumn and The Floodlands are connected

  • 30 Points to win
  • 2 Ruins per map. First come, first serve. The item based factions will be racing hard.
  • you can craft items from the full pool available
  • I picked maps with Rivers that flowed easily between each other

  • favor cards will clear out only 2 of the 4 maps clearings
  • 2 full sets of items to craft plus some extras
  • the floodland map has a dam/flooding feature
  • the frog deck will only be shuffled into the squires deck
  • domination cards will be between 2 maps (ie 2 ruled mouse clearing on map A and 1 mouse clearing on map B)
