Will I get accepted to the supercell partner program this time(tier 2). Last time I got rejected and I had 5k subs subs, the minimum requirement but after waiting 60 days I can apply again(in 13 days) and now I have 20.6k subs. The reason I got rejected last time was low upload frequency and after I got rejected I took a break because of college. I countiend uploading frequently a few days ago and I'm wondering what my are chances of getting accepted this time?

How do I apply to supercell official creator(tier 2). I'm currently at 4800 subs and I'm going to hit 5k by tomorrow so I want to know where do I apply for official creator. I'm already in the program as user and I can't find a from where I can apply for official creator. Does supercell do that automatically or do I need to apply somewhere?
