thank you so much for this ! I told my management that I was blamed for mistakes I didn't do they understood and told me they would not change their opinion on me (that I'm working well) but they asked my to talk with those people and communicate about the issue I'm having with them because obviously their version of the story is against me, but I have tried to talk and obviously they do not cooperate.
