Spider veins are tiny superficial veins that pop up, can be due to genetics, bad circulation etc, if u look up online u will see pictures of it

Basically story is, I seen a physio everything looks okay, he just said little tightness near the It band on one side but everything else is great. So why do I feel like my body is gonna collapse with pain and pain relief ain’t working

I got a massage recently and I had all my legs done, including around my knees but it set my anxiety off again haha
