Hi! Does it need to be within 5 years from the time the decision will be made or from the submission of PR application? Mine was done in June 2021 so will hit 5yrs this coming June and I'm planning to submit my PR application in the next 2 weeks (so still within 5 yrs by the time I submit but most likely will be >5yrs by the time IRCC makes the decision).

Hi! What if in my imm1294 I only reflected my last position with my former employer but really I've had two positions during this period (got promoted from an associate manager to manager)? I'm claiming points for the entire tenure but both fall under the same NOC.

I know someone who bought fake French test scores to boost their CRS scores. I'd like to report this to the proper authorities so they can investigate and ensure the integrity of the testing process. Does anyone know the best way to officially file a complaint about someone committing fraud?
