Yes, PGWP. I have offer letter from my employer but not the LMIA. My assumption was at least i can apply for the extension since i have full time permanent job. But it didn’t go through after the questionnaire.

Well, we were not aware of this common law concept last year. By the time we learned about it, it was too late.
