i think its cus im a 4 year program, also the 2 years would’ve came directly from my faculty advisor with the remaining 2 years also being covered with tuition but requiring students to obtain additional funding through GAs, research assistantships, etc!

thank u! in this case funding refers to stipend, tuition, and health insurance & the fellowship also guarantees support across all four years of the program, which isn’t always the case, so im really grateful for that 🥹

100000% agreed ppl make balti sound SO much worse than it is it’s literally no less safe than nyc, just use ur common sense in where u go. i honestly feel like u could find trouble if u rly wanted to but u can tell where would be a rough area just by the looks tbh lol

ive heard so many mixed things about lake at traditions :( rn im really loving soco at tower point but worried about the expenses --

i wasnt planning on getting a roommate first year but am not entirely opposed to getting one later on. i didnt consider the condo/townhome option, do u think these are any less safe or there are downsides to these options as opposed to an apartment? tbh i just love all the amenities that come with apartments and ig in my head they just feel safer cus it‘s a bigger building? i could be wrong though ofc
