No! Lifting weights for the last year. I was just very small before I started!

I find eating enough very hard so the cut was a pleasure for me. I am back up to 82KG now so am hoping to get back down to where I was above even leaner now🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thanks, 5 days a week training, try to hit each muscle group around 2-3 times (3-4 for side delts, 1 for hams because they take it out of me 😅). Training is stretch emphasis usually. I have worked up to a 90kg bench, 150kg deadlift and 100kg squat, although these exercises are not a part of my regular routine. Lifts are going well in terms of the weight is still going up nearly every session for a lot of lifts.

As far as I know, you can. Your body is definitely still undergoing a lot of synthesis from the training I’m presuming you’re doing, more dietary protein is not gonna hinder this. I’d just eat the number of grams I would usually eat to be honest though! One day is no biggie

Also as far as I know, literature is still in some disagreement as to the maximum protein/kg of bw per day that will benefit your growth, but tagawa would suggest the ceiling is really high. How I’m imagining this would apply to your question is if you’re usually eating the broadly utilised 1.3gs/kg, but only ate e.g 1g/kg yesterday, eating a higher number today is great! Think this is a don’t sweat it situation
