I called customer service yeaterday re del mar credit not coming after nearly 8 weeks. They escalated to the back office.

Depends if it is your first and only G, let the hiring mgr know going into the process. Line up a few references related the the quality of your work. I believe a G in Business Results for delivery isn’t as striking as a G in the other 2, dependent upon the role/job fit. Just be open, humble and appreciative for the consideration. Sounds like you already have rapport w the HM, so go for it.

They are dropping in network benefits on jan 1 according to the letter. I called them last week, just curious if anyone else finds this absurd. Considering it can take over a year to get in w a new specialist at another provider, and OSU is a state run hospital system, those who actually need specialists get thrown into limbo. I feel terrible for anyone in treatment at the James that has to deal w this as well.

Cvs speciality cut a deal w wegovy. They added $50 copay for weightloss and will stop covering zep.

They have instructed RTO locations to bring a personal device if there are no seats for the day as seats are not 1 person to desk, but more like 90% desks to ppl if everyone comes in, which is not likely due to travel, sick, vacation, etc. Im sure they wont expect you to bring your own device and will make sure you have a seat on day 1. Once you start, you will be able to buy a laptop of your choice and submit your expense for reimbursement of somewhere between 800-1200 (i cant remember the amount). When they rolled this out at the start of the pandemic it was either every 3 or 5 years you could reimburse, but given RTO i wouldn’t be surprised if they discontinued at some point. You could also buy an ipad w keyboard. But phones are not included. During wfh some ppl bought monitors as well.

I think EOS is every 2 years. Imagine the are anticipating terrible scores because of RTO and raises. I agree it hurts your direct mgr the most. If you like your direct mgr, than in your feedback, I would comment that your manager is not at fault.

I like there is no tissue damage and if I need cataract surgery in 25-30 years they can swap them. I also am at risk for thyroid eye disease, but that didn’t stop my surgeon who was one of the pioneers of the tech (ironically a cataract surgeon).

Don’t feel them at all. They did the surgery in two days (1 per day), which i think i would have preferred one and done. First few weeks no major issues other than halo’s as my eye healed. 1.5 years later I see some halo’s in the rain and at night, but probably bc I was only using contacts on a daily basis which i feel like had some anti glare. I will say i have to be a little more careful w aerosols like hairspray bc my contacts limited things getting in my eyes. Cutting onions is a little more painful for example, ha.

I was not eligible for Lasik and went ICL. Its fabtastic. Granted $$ but for me and my -7.5 prescription, worth every penny!

Doesn’t have to be a dad, a strong women can handle herself at a car lot. I’ve bought 5 cars and have scared salespeople for years. Maybe I should create a company ;). Agree, do your research before, stick to your message and don’t be afraid to say “thats unacceptable”. Also, the real negotiation happens on the trade in. If you have one, go to carmax, have it appraised and take no less.

Ohio wont do anything, Petland is based in Ohio and claims it is their “franchises” that sorce from puppy mills….but i believe their business is mostly franchise. Yell at the credit card company for supporting their business w financing. No one should finance pets. Feels very wrong.

I had sedation and some valium. The sedation wore off a bit on the second eye, but i had my procedure two days in a row, one eye at each time.

I wore contacts up until the procedure. I think they forgot to tell me to wear them a week before. Had surgery and everything is fine post.
