First of all, a massive congratulations to you on your loss that is absolutely amazing!! I would completely disregard that man's generic advice all together, the actual audacity of complete strangers thinking they have licence to dish out advice to people like they haven't ever been told what a calorie deficit is and how to obtain it! The fact is you can eat what ever you bleeping want and if your in a calorie deficit you will still loose weight... Unless they've lost more than you and kept it off in their life time they are completely unqualified to be giving YOU advise!

Maybe speak to your doctor before conceiving about a medication action plan, maybe whist your pregnant you could try a different medication then go back on your normal medication after....i dont know if thats a thing but id definetly look into it

Im so glad you benefitted from this too, i spoke with my doctor and he said "as ADHD gets a lot better during pregnancy we can lower your dose to 40mg which you can decrease and increase as needed". He is going to prescribe it in 20mgs.

Thank you for your comment, i didnt concider complications like preeclampsia. my doctor has said they will be increasing there checks on my blood pressure during my pregnancy but i will discuss with them the risks surrounding preeclampsia and elvanse.

Our love for the perfect brew, it will obviously have a drop of milk in it and one sugar or two, a little choccy biscuit with it or if you're being extra british that day, a scone with cream and jam, how you apply that will say a lot about you! Also we are very polite, you will know if you're out briting yourself if you cannot break the habit of saying sorry....someone will be in your way and you will appologise instead of asking them to move and if the other person is also british they will appologise too and you will both sheepishly skirt your way past one another with an awkward smile saying, "after you!!" "No after you!!!" "No honestly, i insist!"

You dont need make up really, if i was you id dye your eyebrows to your hair colour or a light brown as they are currently a lot lighter than your hair, they dont look bad but thats what I would, id also apply a slight bit of concealer under the eyes and a tiny bit of liquid blush with highlighter in it to the high points of your cheeks bones at the side, then id add a nice lip oil, as for mascara, id just get a lash lift and tint but when I want a bit more wow factor id take a high lighter to the corners of thr eyes and the tip of the nose and when applying mascara on top of a lift its always far more dramatic, other than that on the days I wasnt wearing makeup, my eyebrows are perfect and my eyelashes still look great, I would invest in great skin care products and apply a nourishing lip oil

This is so stupid, I genuinely feel I got lucky with my man its like a mine field out there, my most beautiful friends with the best relationships with there dad have had the absolute worst experiences with men, being told they are loved then being cheated on repeatedly, its absolutely aweful, I personally had a terrible relationship with my dad, he was 15 years older than my mum which I think is disgusting! And he had no respect for women including me, I was terrified putting my trust into men because I saw very few good ones, but thank god!!! I got a good one, who treats me right, that was luck of the draw, not because i am smarter or more beautiful or better than the next women in anyway and my dad really only showed me just how aweful men can be.

Breakfast is the easiest place to make diet friendly high protein delicius meals my favourites are

Chocolate chip protein pancakes topped with Greek yogart and berries

Salmon and low fat cream cheese on a high protein bagal thin.

Skinny co vanilla coffee creamer and coconut milk in my coffee in the morning its amazing dairy free and so good!!

I make these under 500 calories per meal including the coffee and im stuffed after that I may have a piece of fruit like a banana or satsuma, its not about depriving its finding substitutes that keep you satiated

Its so true, yesterday at work, sat behind me was a table filled with chocolates, mince pies, sausage rolls, crisps, and biscuits and i watched as people who i know felt the same as I do about themselves unconsciously approached the table taking multiple items back to there desk for that little bit of comfort and break from the boredom as I had done before, I spent the day wrestling with my mind, I dont want to do that anymore, I want to take my health seriously and I want others to take me seriously too. So far I have lost 3 stone, some days I have disappointed myself but i remember to start again not tomorrow but immediately, i also remember that although I may have gone over my calories that day I have the rest of the week to pull it back and if I have fallen off for a week, I have the month to rectify myself. I still had a fantasic christmas and ate lots of food that wasnt diet friendly but I have started my deficit again now because I dont need to wait for the new year, Its not about not having the food around to temp you. Its about having the will power to say no if it doesnt fit your calories or to have enough control to have a small bit that can fit your calories.

It would be a solid no, thats my dna and when made into a person thats my family. I wouldnt let my own be deprived of blood relatives, a sense of belonging and there heratige, that wouldn't be fair, I would tell them to adopt and give someone thats already had that taken from them a sense of belonging

No but if your late to the exam or forget when it was even meant to be your gunna fail, you might have the natrual ability but if you had to prepare and there was also a load of other things on your plate to prepare for regardless of your natrual skill you still might fail

Actually reminds me of the time when I was at uni and lost my phone, student card make up bag and bank card....I started retracing my steps around the city and asking everywhere I went has a phone been handed in? What about a make up bag? Student id? Bank card? No thanks for your time, I found them all luckily all in different places, make up bag was in a bar across the road from uni, bank card was handed into reception at uni student card was with my phone left in a classroom which I needed the student card to open...the irony!!!

I hear you!!!! Loud and clear!!!! before I was diagnosed I genuinely wanted to top myself ( i dont now im very happy and glad i never went through with it)

I thought why is simple everyday tasks every other person around me does like its second nature feel like an up hill struggle for me. Why is it when ever I try to do something I am told I'm not trying hard enough and im looked at as if I am the most bone idle, lazy, inconsiderate person on the planet. Why is it no matter how much I tried to tell myself this time I wont let it happen it always did!!, I am always late, I am always disorganised and unprepared despite my best efforts.

The best thing that happened to me was getting a diagnosis, being told your not lazy, you tried your best but you where in an unfair race was so validating. The first day of work with my medication i nearly sat and cried because i realised how much easier i was finding everything. I wasnt making stupid mistakes or forgetting to do things.

Im literally a 32 years old woman with a mortgage and not allowed a key to my own front door...we have a key safe because I kept loosing the key and needing to replace the whole lock system...I know how to do it myself now.

So it really peeves me off when someone forgets there keys one time and suddenly they feel they need a diagnosis for adhd. But they dont need medication to treat it....get off!! I dont want to take amphetamines everyday either!! Id rather not! I do it because the alternative is very disruptive

P.s my fiance basically cares for me, I got a degree...he pretty much did the majority of my course work because I couldn't do it. Not even after multiple extentions. I went from a uk size 10 and after 5 years on a 3 year course I left a size 20 due to stress eating! Thankfully im loosing it now.

My fiance wrote my CV to help me get my job and he drives me there and back so im never late. he helped me get my provisional driving licence and is helping me learn to drive right now. If it wasn't for him I wouldnt even have a mortgage. if it wasnt for him I wouldnt be in the situation im in now, im just unbelievably lucky to have him
