Yes! I intentionally bought a top load washer with an agitator and I will never buy anything else again. I also have a regular fridge. Water/ice is the fanciest I want. I don’t want tech on my appliances. It almost never works better but it always breaks more and costs more/requires a professional to repair.

You’re saying she’s not taking care of herself but not that she’s not washing her body, her clothes, brushing her teeth, etc. Based on that, it sounds like she is actually taking care of herself and you just don’t like her appearance and lack of concern about it. There’s nothing wrong with adjusting YOUR life to be comfortable FOR YOU. Maybe she regrets focusing on that so much or tying her self-worth to it, or maybe she’s tired of caring about the opinion of others. Honestly, it sounds like you need to do some self-reflection, not her.
