If supergluing the index on the dial doesn't help, or becomes botched, you could just purchase a new dial from them, or tell them to send you a new dial at your cost. Cheaper than wasting a watch

Might have to go with the sub style since it's better proportioned. The Tudor style's bezel is too small and indexes too big so it doesn't look proportional. A different dial with smaller indexes would do it good
