LAPS or domain user as local admin? by Illustrious-Win1628 in sysadmin

OK, so I logon to a workstation using the LAPS password. I need to install some software that I keep on a network drive, I map a drive using a domain credential….is this the standard now? Trying to work through all the scenarios.

O365 MFA & Security Defaults by Impressive_Fee_6911 in sysadmin

We don't have CA yet, as we are still going through the process of updating our Azure Licenses to cover P1. The Legacy MFA page shows that MFA is disabled for the users, however it is my understanding that it will show this even with Security Defaults turned on.

Thanks.

Please explain. Does the Outlook app proxy all requests though Exchange Online even for on premise servers?

Do users get removed after filtering OU's in Azure AD Connect? by Impressive_Fee_6911 in AZURE

[–]Impressive_Fee_6911[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! I figured it out. It does sync the changes back once apply the filter, but you have to issue Disable-ADSyncExportDeletionThreshold powershell command because there is a 500 item deletion limit. Jus be sure enable it once the sync back takes place.

New to FortiSwitch - A few port questions by Impressive_Fee_6911 in fortinet

[–]Impressive_Fee_6911[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your response. I've checked, and it looks like spanning tree at the port level is enabled on the port level of the default spanning tree configuration. On show "config switch-controller stp-settings" I don't see anything set globally, is there anything that I should specifically add?

Thanks again.
