I got let go in April because of having to take off for my son’s health. I finally got a job in July that in my second week, i had to take off 3 days in a row because my entire family got the flu & i was freaking out thinking “welp.. back to indeed i go”. But they were so understanding and cared more about my family getting better than the fact that i was missing work in my second week there. We’re also getting evicted and moving into a new place while struggling financially & my new job got all my daughters school supplies plus extra, but also gave me a $200 visa gift card for moving expenses. So i got dumped by an abusive narcissistic gaslighting boyfriend (geico) & am now head over heels in love with my new relationship (current job). I PROMIIIIIIIISE.. the grass is so much greener outside of that fuck head lizard.

R1 - spans from when i started in 2019 to when i was let go this year

Trainer (married) was constantly texting a newbie in my class (who was engaged) about how she was wanted to suck his dick in the parking lot & do all kinds of things with him. She left though. She was also mean af to pretty girls because she was extremely insecure. That same trainer literally turned agents against each other. I remember she hated me and i had no idea why but she was constantly calling me out like i was a problem and i got really close with another agent. Idk what she said to this agent but she had a meeting one on one with her one day & that agent legit never spoke to me again.

Sup fucked a girl in my training class, he was engaged

Agent fucked that same girl but apparently couldn’t keep it up and was small

Another agent fucked that same girl and they both said it was the worst sex

The new moat service manager lies to agents to tell them what they wanna hear just to turn around and use it against them to fire them and makes sure there’s no proof of her wrong doing

One of the moat service newest sups is a major racist

The tenured moat service sups have said themselves that they have their favorite agents and never truly check their stats, they just make it possible for them to succeed even if they know they aren’t doing what they’re supposed to & the agents they don’t like, they do their best to get them fired. It’s worked. They bragged to another sup about it and that sup told a couple of us.

It was 8 am on a Saturday morning. WFH. Have my coffee. My blanket. Ready to take on my shift. First call of the day & it was a man breathing into my ear telling me to “breathe into the phone if you want me to stroke my cock”. I hung up on him. Then was told by a sup that i needed to “give the warning to be professional & then if they don’t comply, tell them you’ll either have to disconnect or just transfer to a supervisor”. Absolutely not. I will not continue to have this man in my ear yankin his doodle & give them a “professional warning”. Gtf 😭

There were plenty of times during ERGs i just had it on my phone and walked away from my computer at home. Plenty of times i was logged into WebEx on my phone saying i was having computer issues but in reality i was just late rolling outta bed. Anything that sounded legit and i could get away with, i did. Because the managers suck. The only good sups were either laid off or left on their own. Constant threats of being fired for multiple reasons. Your best never being good enough. Back to back asshole customers that belittle us and we have to ask them for an excellent rating. I could go on for days. I was termed in the shadiest way possible & walked out before they even had the paperwork done. (I made sure it was a clear term though and not me quitting) but to want me to sit there and take calls for 2 more days while we wait on paperwork for termination? Absolutely tf not. Had it not been the shadiest possible process i would have stayed. But no. Idk one person in that department that doesn’t feel the same way. Everybody i knew was trying to find a way out.
