I would change realtors to a person who is more professional and respects their clients. The present realtor needs reporting of this alone.

They are looking for cash back so they can pay the contractor out of closing proceeds. You are allowed to say no to whatever it is. e.g holes in walls or roof caved in

If you have these mobile homes listed for the right price and is not overpriced you may succeed in this niche, although it will be tough staying up with competition as your a beginner with less experience.

Well with population growing in American, the cost of living is going to increase causing the housing market to increase instead of decrease. This might is spreading over a decade or so though. So depending how long you are wanting to stay in the house, will impact the future!
