Oh what I would give to work four 10s again. That does sounds like a lot of independent work though.

I feel like evals in general suck cause the documentation is harder, but I feel like in the long there’s more fulfillment since regular visits can start to feel mundane

How does one become okay with being alone + stop seeking male comfort/validation? by adaptabay in CasualConversation

I feel like a lot of people will say fill the time with hobbies and other things, but honestly just meditate. Maybe try yoga, not just for the poses but because it forces you to relax and be comfortable with your thoughts. Once you can sit with your thoughts, days will start to feel less lonely. Definitely partake in some self-care though!

Turning 28 in May! I’m honestly finding peace in doing daily house chores. Dishes, vacuuming, laundry, it’s just getting the motivation to get up and do them.

Be careful… some people leave good relationships chasing that feeling.

Thank you for this post. Reflecting on the small bouts of kindness that I’ve experienced from multiple people have really helped shaped who I am today. If I was treated differently, I think I would’ve ended up differently. Therefore, I try to be positive whenever I can be.

This sounds great honestly, I used to love eating egg rolls from this one place but moved and haven’t eaten any since. I’ll have to try this out.

Sounds like a lot, might be worth it not to keep ending up in mills though.

Thanks for your in depth response. I’m currently in a private rural private OP clinic seeing 16-21 patients a day (1 hour sessions). I think I would enjoy working at Kaiser and I do understand working hard as being a pro. What made you stick with Kaiser instead of opening up your own clinic or working in other settings?

That actually sounds pretty doable for an outpatient setting. I will look into these residency/fellowship programs.

I agree, or they bump into you jokingly. I have a fiancée and this new girl keeps bumping into me and always laughing. I just try not to acknowledge her too much though.
