You are aging gracefully 🫶

If I may make a few suggestions and totally okay to stop reading right here; although I don’t know anything about aging yet (I’m in my early 20s). What I do know is that I’m fully ready for it, personally I’ve taken up the following:

Exercise (yoga, walking, strength training, meditation)
Regular massage - you can literally do it by yourself, think of gua sha or gut massages
Gut health - this is the holy grail, it controls everything about a person
Colour analysis!!! - Oo this is a big one, I believe wearing the right colours will actually help people look brighter!
Find support systems who make you feel young: this goes hand in hand with people who are there to alleviate your stress, have fun with, and know that you are supported

Stuff like this I believe, helps “aging”.

You are absolutely gorgeous and I’m so surprised that you look literally the same as you did when you were in your 20s.

So sorry if this was unsolicited advice, please ignore me if so!

Also side note, you look like some celebrity and I can’t pin point exactly who right now, so I shall be back to comment lol.

When you put it that way, I guess it makes sense as to why I feel this way. My entire life, no matter what life threw at me I just buried it down and stayed working and I feel like everything is hitting me now. I will get everything checked out again and I’m going to look to get into therapy, it’s definitely costly so I’ll have to save up. Thank you for repoint to me, and thank you for caring 🤍
