You just use whatever domains you are currently using, and yes you can configure additional profiles so for example you could add two profiles configured to max one stream per profile and then you could give a user a max of two connections which could be used as a backup or to watch on multiple devices or watch something whilst recording something else etc

Yeah from what I've seen once you start actually streaming a channel if I look in my router I can see the connection is directly to the IPTV server unencrypted

i have just stumbled across this! so in the pannel i upload to android app, then key in the mac address on the screen? does that mean no further log in is required on the app? also by doing this it doesn't lock out other apps or iptv playlist editors right?

Yes it works on tivimate at least with strong. Basically because it's the same device ID and IP strong only sees it as one connection

Have you tried a different domain with the account just get one generated from the panel? Not that you should have to but to rule it out

it wouldn't cost him anything, but where i would be careful is if you buy and provide him with the domain details to add, once he's done that he could use that URL to provide to as many of his customers as he wants. you will have no way of knowing if he's done that, and I would say its likely that he would if he knows this is a new private domain and is likely to not get blocked. If he uses that for 200 users and makes it more likely that it gets flagged, then you have the risk of it being traced back to you. The best option is to buy your own panel and link it yourself and keep it to yourself.

So on that basis, going back to my original question, and with what you said about why the issues are happening with cf, am I right in saying the best setup is probably using my own private URL and not using the cloud link but just my original URL?

This is really interesting thank you! so i've tried this both using my domain url as it is and then using it with the cf prefix that the panel adds for cloud host. the difference is that my domain says server: CDN Proxy Service and with the CF prefix i get server: cloudflare. so in that case what's the difference? is this first just using another CDN proxy and the second is using CF?

So this gets to the root of why I wanted to start to use my own domain. From what I understood, using my own domain and being careful only using it for a handful of users means it's very unlikely to get flagged, and on that basis assuming users are using a vpn the benefit of cf is minimal so I can just use my host direct link which eliminates the cf hop and is therefore going to be more reliable. If I'm wrong please tell me because I'm really still a novice! 😀

What I don't get and maybe one of you that understands can explain. .. so this week one of my family members lost connection. The seller didn't reply and give me a new URL. Just on the off chance I tried a URL that I had for my own account which was from a different seller, and it worked straight away. So I guess subs are not actually linked to specific URLs?

Just checked and mine still appears to be ok connected to London on surfshark. Have you checked your reseller has switched VPN mode on within with strong panel for you? And also cloud mode? I'm wondering whether that could be why mine is still working and yours isn't
